The invention disclosed a new kind of polypeptide-human ribonucleoside disphophate reductase inhibitor 10.23 and the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant methods. It also disclosed the method of appyling the polypeptide for the tretment of various kinds of diseases such as cancer, hemopathy, developmental disease, HIV infection, immune disease and inflammation. The antagonist of the polypeptide and therapeutic use of the same is disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said human ribonucleoside diphosphate reductase inhibitor 10.23. |
