The present invention discloses a new polypeptide-human protein phosphatase 13.31, the polynucloetide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention further discloses a method of the polypeptide treating various disorders, eg., embryonic developmental abnormality, autoimmune disease, tumor, and for studing human antisenescence etc. The present invention also discloses an antagonist of the polypeptide and its therapeutic action.
