A system for displaying advertisements on TV is disclosed. Further, there is disclosed an intelligent advertisement logo outputting system in which advertisement letters and advertisement logos are always outputted independently on a part of the broadcasting picture, and if an advertisement broadcasting containing an ID and a data is inputted, then the outputting of the independent advertisement letters and logos is halted. Still further, there is disclosed a signal insertion system for inserting the ID/data into the advertisement broadcasting signals. The advertisement logos are displayed on a part of the TV screen all the time when the TVis turned on and therefore, the advertising effects are high. However, if an advertisement broadcasting with the ID/data is inputted, then the outputting of the advertisement logos and letters are halted. Accordingly, any overlapping can be prevented between the outputting of the advertisement logos of the present invention and the normal advertisement pictures from the broadcasting stations. Further, the advertisement logos can be displayed without impeding the normal advertisement broadcasting. Further, the TV program watch ratio data can be collected to survey the watch ratios and the advertisement effects. |
