摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front panel display window requiring no usage of a high luminance type light emitting element, which compensates reduction of light intensity due to an etching process, and a manufacturing method therefor by performing no etching on a movable metal die face molding the back face side of the display window in an in-molding method by which the display window is molded while using a transfer foil. SOLUTION: The display window 1 is formed by means of an in-molding method. In the in-molding method, an integral composition of a non-transmissible transfer foil, which is formed of a coloring ink in compliance with a non-display part 2 of the display window 1, and a translucent transfer foil, which is formed by mixing medium ink with coloring ink in compliance with a display part 3a in the display window 1, is arranged in a fixed metal die forming a display window front face 4a, and between this fixed metal die and a movable metal die forming a display window front face 4b, thermoplastic resin is injected and molded. The medium ink used for the translucent transfer foil is mixed with the coloring ink at a mixing ratio of 5-6:10, and a movable metal die face facing the part irradiated by a light beam, which is radiated from a light emitting element and incident on the translucent transfer foil, is finished by mirror finishing.
