PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing durability of a liquid crystal display is provided to test a large-size LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing durability of a liquid crystal display includes a main body(12), a rack frame(26), and a front plate(34). The main body has an insertion part(10) formed in the front side and an air controller(14) for controlling temperature and humidity. The rack frame is inserted/extracted into/from the main body through the insertion part and sets up an LCD panel(28). The front plate is set at the front side of the rack frame and adheres to the front side of the main body when the rack frame is inserted into the main body to open/close the insertion part. The rack frame includes a cable terminal(32) that is connected to the LCD panel to operate the LCD panel.
