A compound of the formula: wherein R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵, R⁶, X¹ and X² are as defined in the specification useful for the treatment of diseases in which action of the neurokinin 1 receptor is implicated, methods of using such compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds.
