The invention discloses a new polypeptide- human notch protein 24.64, the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. It also discloses methods of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various diseases, such as nervous system developmental anomaly, nervous system dysfunction, and tumor. This invention also disclose antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses. In addition, it refers to the use of said polynucleotide encoding this new human notch protein 24.64. |
