The cosmetic cationic-polysaccharides-coated miniature-capsule product comprises 0.1-5 mm capsules made as a matrix of polymer gelling hydrocolloids soluble in water, and natural and chemically functionalised polysaccharides. Thus amino polysugars and their acid salts are used, incorporating the active ingredients.
