PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing tiles is provided which inexpensively manufactures tiles having patterns of a fine and delicate cubic effect such as patterns of natural stones using existing methods for manufacturing dry and wet type tiles. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing tiles comprises a raw material blending process(S50) of blending the weighed raw materials after weighing each of raw materials to an amount suitable for manufacturing tiles; a raw material mixing process(S51) of mixing the blended raw materials; a raw material crushing process(S52) of crushing the mixed raw materials into powder having a certain particle size; a raw material aging process(S53) of aging the crushed mixed raw materials; a water addition/kneading process(S55) of mixing the materials as controlling water by injecting the aged mixed raw materials into a water addition/kneading machine; a first product molding process(S56) of continuously extruding the materials in a tile strap shape by injecting the mixed raw materials having a certain viscosity into a vacuum pug mill; a product cutting process(S57) of cutting the tile strap shaped product discharged from the vacuum pug mill to a certain size; a second product molding process of molding a product having fine patterns by injecting one or more of the cut products into a press dies equipped with cavities having the fine patterns; a product drying process(S58) of drying the molded products; a product baking process(S61) for increasing strength of the dried product; a product sorting/inspection process(S62); and a product packing process(S63). |
