PURPOSE: Provided is a functional feed and an additive for a deer using persimmon peel, therefore, the functional feed contains an essential nutrient, that is, tannin, saccharides, vitamins and the like. CONSTITUTION: The feed and the additive for a deer is manufactured by the steps of: peeling a persimmon then drying or cutting its peeling; and powdering and processing dried peeling pieces to be easily mixed with a conventional feed. The persimmon peeling contains glucose and fructose, vitamin A, B and C, pectin, carotinoid and the like.
