PURPOSE: A method for managing an area integrating system based on a network is provided to give a profit to a dweller by suggesting a proper business model using an area integrating system based on a network and activating a commercial transaction of a community, and constructing a convenient community. CONSTITUTION: If a user connects to a local server through a wire/wireless network using a terminal, it is judged whether the local server is a member and outputs a web page(S100). If the user selects an order/reservation or a field look, the local server outputs a list of a company stored in a database on the user terminal, and the user selects a company on the list(S200). In case that the user selects the order/reservation, if simple information of a selected company is outputted to the user terminal, the user inputs an order sheet or a reservation sheet and transmits the sheet(S300). If the local server transmits the sheet to the corresponding company and receives a confirmation of the transmission, the confirmation signal is transmitted to the user terminal and outputted(S400). If the user pays the cost, a point corresponded to the cost is embodied and a user ID and the point are stored in the database(S500).
