PURPOSE: A suspension correcting apparatus of a shock absorber for a vehicle is provided to improve driving experience and travel stability by adjusting the height of the vehicle with moving a piston according to fluid resistance, rotation of a steering wheel and vehicle speed, and to prevent inclining of a driver's seat by operating a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A suspension correcting device of a shock absorber is composed of a resistance measuring unit(15) detecting resistance change in moving up and down a piston rod formed in a closed cylinder of the shock absorber; a side cylinder(12) having a piston valve(4) reciprocating and flowing fluid by a motor(14) connected to the lower part of the cylinder; an electronic control unit(18) driving the motor by receiving signals from the resistance measuring unit and the steering wheel detecting sensor; and a seat control unit(17) preventing inclining of the body by forming hydraulic pressure according to the control signal. Driving experience and travel stability are improved by adjusting the height of the vehicle with moving the piston.
