PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of acquiring information from a Web page by designating a concept common to plural Web pages. SOLUTION: This invented Web page concept management device 200 includes the following: a link maintaining part 250 which maintains link information that relates informationin-page included in plural Web pages to a page concept that represents the concept common to plural Web pages; a designation page concept accepting part 210 which designates the page concept; an information-in- page presenting module 620 which presents the information-in-page to a user 100 on the basis of the designated page concept; an evaluation accepting module 640 which accepts evaluation information from the user 100; an evaluation accumulating module 660 which accumulates the evaluation information; and a link updating module 630 which updates the link information on the basis of the evaluation information.
