EL ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more inexpensive EL element wherein a patterning of a large area is enabled and a manufacturing method of a high productivity is obtained. SOLUTION: In the EL element in which at least a luminous layer 3 and a negative electrode layer 5 are successively laminated on the electroconductive layer 2 of a transparent substrate 1 wherein a transparent or a translucent electroconductive layer is installed, at least a luminous layer 3 and a peeling-off layer 4 are installed in patternized state on the electroconductive layer 2 of the transparent substrate 1 wherein the transparent or translucent electroconductive layer is installed, and the negative electrode layer 5 is possessed on the luminous layer 3.
