PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telephone by which the arrangement of an operating section and a display section can be set individually and can be automatically re-arranged according to each state of setting. SOLUTION: The radio telephone is provided with the operating section 2, which has input buttons and can rotate with respect to the telephone body. The arrangement of the input buttons of the operating section 2 and the resetting of the direction of display of the display section 1 can be performed automatically or manually, according to the state of usage of the user, for example like a radio telephone 3 or a radio telephone 4. In this way, similar operations can be performed by the user, using either with his right hand or with his left hand and an operation system corresponding to the state of usage of the user can be built automatically or manually.
