PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing coated prefabricated panels for panel water tank is provided which prevents leakage and pollution of water contained in the water tank by preventing corrosion of the panels and enables easy after service, and which is easily prefabricated in various shapes to increase productivity. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing coated prefabricated panels for panel water tank comprises cutting and punching process of cutting four corners of a panel cut to a square shape, punching a plurality of coupling holes on the edge of the panel with spaced apart from each other in a row, and punching bracket coupling holes on the inner center of the four corners; forming process of rectangularly bending the edge around the cut four corners, and forming a female grooved shape on the center of the surface of the panel; welding and finishing process of round finishing the surface of a welding part and chamfering each of the edge parts after welding the bended four corners; degreasing process of washing press oil adhered onto the panel during the forming process; surface finishing process of finishing the surface of the washed panel; rough coating process of coating primer on the finished surface of the panel by dipping; heating process of heating the rough coated panel in an oven; nylon coating process of nylon coating the heated panel by dipping the panel into nylon powder; curing process of curing the panel by leaving alone the nylon coating completed panel in air for a certain period of time, thereby completely melting the powder; and cooling process of water cooling the powder cured panel to form gloss on the surface of the panel.
