<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve deodorizing performance and the decomposition performance of unwanted bacteria by photocatalyst and produce tasty water in a freezing refrigerator employing mineral water, spring water or the like. SOLUTION: A photocatalyst water cleaning device 10, having a glass member 8 coated with a photocatalyst 7 and a lamp 9 for irradiating ultraviolet rays against the photo catalyst 7, is provided with the glass member 8 positioned below the water feeding port 20 of a feed water pump 2 so as to be contacted with water W in a feed water tank 1 while the lamp 9 is provided near the glass member 8 so that ultraviolet rays are irradiated against the photo catalyst 7 without passing through the water W in the feed water tank 1.</p> |
