<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an impulse voltage measuring device capable of measuring an impulse voltage to be impressed between measuring terminals set as desired on a specimen and measuring even an impulse voltage to be impressed by discharge to a specimen in a grounding state and a non-grounding state. SOLUTION: The ground of an impulse voltage generating system comprised of an impulse voltage generating device 1 and a capacitor 2 and the specimen 3 are connected to a ground plate 13, and the ground of a voltage measuring system comprised of the ground side of the measuring terminal of the specimen 3, a voltage divider low-voltage box 5, a shield room 7, and the electrostatic shield of the insulating transformer 10 is connected to a non-grounding conductor plate 14. The ground of the impulse voltage generating system and the ground of the voltage measuring system are separately set at the connecting part of the ground plate 13 and the conductor plate 14 through the use of an arrestor to measure an impulse voltage to be impressed between the measuring terminals set as desired on the specimen 3.</p> |
