PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission gear in which there is no cut-off of power in case of a speed change, and in which power to maintain speed change ratios is also not necessary. SOLUTION: The transmission gear is provided with a plural of transmitting mechanisms 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a, and 8b having different speed change ratio and also transmitting power between these input shaft 2 and output shaft 9, in association with the input shaft 2 transmitted power from a power source 1 and the output shaft 9 outputting power to drive wheels. Two-way clutches 10, 11, 12, and 13 capable of switching a transmitting direction of torque to both of forward and reverse directions is arranged between at least either one of the transmitting mechanisms 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a and 8b and the aforementioned input shaft 2 or output shaft 9. Further, a selecting means 18 selecting the transmitting direction of torque of the two-way clutches 10, 11, 12, and 13 is also arranged therein. |
