PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine nozzle and its manufacturing method applicable to a large-sized turbine nozzle 500 mm or more in diameter, making the angles of stator blade rows meet a plurality of specifications and extremely reducing of metallic mold cost for casting as compared with that of a conventional single metallic mold and the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This turbine nozzle 10 is constituted of an outer ring 1, an inner ring 2 and stator blade rows 3 between the rings 1 and 2. The turbine nozzle 10 is also constituted of a plurality of nozzle segments 4 divided in a peripheral direction. The nozzle segment 4 is constituted of an outer ring segment 1a for dividing the outer ring 1, an inner ring segment 2a for dividing the inner ring 2 and a single stator blade 3a molded integrally between the segments 1a and 2a. A divided surface 5 of the outer ring segment 1a and the inner ring segment 2a of the nozzle segment 4 is made to correspond to a plurality of angles of the stator blade 3a, working is performed for each of a plurality of surfaces and thereby a plurality of turbine nozzles having stator blade rows of the plurality of specifications are manufactured.
