PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the space for incoming and outgoing floor to enhance the freedom in the layout thereof at a low cost without complicating a device assuming that a pallet housing space for efficiently performing the incoming and outgoing of a vehicle is present so as to be sufficiently conformable to the limitation of geographical conditions. SOLUTION: The pallet housing space 15 is provided on the side of a lift well 6. A pallet housing device 16 for vertically stacking and storing a plurality of empty pallets P is set in the pallet housing space 15. In incoming or outgoing, the empty pallet P is delivered between a lift 7 and the pallet housing device 16 as occasion demands.
