EXTERIOR WALL STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure of a concrete building capable of preventing the deterioration of a concrete wall and also preventing the dew condensation and molding. SOLUTION: The exterior wall structure 20 is so constituted that an exterior finishing material 23 is provided to an outdoor side of the concrete wall 21 through a thermal insulating layer 9, an interior finishing material 22 is provided to an indoor side of the concrete wall 21 through an air space 25 and that both outside and inside surfaces of the concrete wall 21 are coated with metal plates 1. It is favorable that ventilating holes for ventilating the indoor side air in the air space 25 are formed in the upper and lower parts of the interior finishing material 22. Each of the metal plates 1 has ribs 3, and a space having the thermal insulating layer 9 and air space 25 is formed by the ribs 3.
