PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide side pressure mechanism of a motor driving shaft which can be constituted to be simple and small, and will not limit an installation place of a motor, and a to provide motor equipped with the side pressure mechanism. SOLUTION: Regarding a motor 10 equipped with a driving shaft 11 retained by bearings 13a, 13b installed in end portions of a motor body 12, the side pressure mechanism 20 of the motor driving shaft and the motor equipped with the side pressure mechanism 20, are so constituted that spring members 22, 25, whose end portions press the outer peripheral surface of the driving shaft toward radial direction inside, are included inside the bearing 13a, and the other end portions of the spring members are fixed and held to the inner peripheral surface of the motor body 12.
