PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which includes a service system and a standby system capable of realizing simple structure for switching the system. SOLUTION: The communication system comprises an electronic circuit packages 110 and 120 respectively used as the service system and the standby system; a switch 133 for switching the system in response to instructions; a signal level detecting section 131 for detecting signal level of an output signal from a sending section 111 of the electronic circuit package 110; a signal level detecting section 132 for detecting the signal level of an output signal from a sending section 121 of the electronic circuit package 120; and a switch control section 134 for switch controlling the switch 133, in response to the detected result from the signal level detecting sections 131 and 132.
