TELEPHONE EXCHANGER WITH ELECTRONIC MAIL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an electronic mail function having an easy operation and to readily check a registered state of information in the electronic mail system. SOLUTION: A telephone exchanger includes a telephone terminal 300, having a recording key 320 for demanding record of the communication and a plural destination appointing key 334 for appointing a plurality of exclusive mail boxes, when the contents of call is stored in the exclusive mail boxes; a station automatic exchanger 100 for storing a plurality of terminals 300; and an electronic mail system 200 installed in the station automatic exchanger 100 and having a function for recording and reading out the voice information. In addition, a memory means 108 is provided for starting the record of communication, when the electronic mail system recognizes the requirement of storing through the recording key and for storing the communication recorded in the exclusive mail boxes appointed from the terminal 200 through the plural destination appointing key 334.
