PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the intrinsic inductance of a lead wire, and at the same time to prevent the local overheat of a capacitor element in a capacitor, having the lead wire led from both the ends of at least one winding type foil electrode capacitor element. SOLUTION: Nonmagnetic conductors 21 and 22 are interposed at site, where the lead wire 12 approaches along the outer peripheries of a winding type foil electrode capacitor 1 and the winding-type foil electrode capacitor element 2, and an eddy current by the current of the lead wire 12 and that of the winding-type foil electrode capacitors 1 and 2 flows in the conductors 21 and 22, thus preventing the local overheat in the site coming into contact with the lead wire 12 of the winding-type foil electrode capacitors 1 and 2.
