PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an emergency call without using any signal that is received from an air bag device since the remodeling is necessary for acquiring signals from an air bag ECU, the manhour is increased and furthermore the work is dangerous when the emergency call contact processing is carried out by means of an air back expansion signal about a vehicle which is provided with the air bag device. SOLUTION: Emergency call system terminal equipment 1 is provided with an air pressure measurement means 8. When a vehicle provided with the air bag device causes an accident, an air bag is expanded and accordingly the means 8 detects the sudden variance of air pressure in the vehicle to output the data on variance of the air pressure to a control part 12. The part 12 compares the received data with the periodical measurement data of the means 8 decides that the air bag has been expanded when the former data are equal to or larger than prescribed value or prescribed variance value to start the emergency call contact processing.
