PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine-collecting arm structure of an excreta measuring device manufactured simply, having high reliability, capable of replacing the parts easily at execution of maintenance, and not generating the problem that operation reliability is low. SOLUTION: In this excreta measuring device for measuring the component in urine of a user obtained by urination in a toilet, a urine-collecting pan 2-c for collecting the urine excreted from the user and a urine-collecting arm 2-b for moving the urine-collecting pan 2-c to a prescribed position are formed by an upper part conductive member 15, a lower part conductive member 16 and an insulating member 17 disposed between the both conductive members, and the urine-collecting pan 2-c and the urine-collecting arm 2-b are formed so as to be electrically communicated each other. An outer part for securing the strength for forming the urine-collecting pan 2-c and a wiring part for transmitting an electric signal on the excreta are formed integrally, and the urine-collecting arm 2-b is manufactured simply with high reliability, and art replacement at execution of maintenance can be executed easily, and the problem that operation reliability is low is not generated.
