PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales promotion system which can seamlessly combine the leading of users to a store with the advertisement of commodities the storefront and effectively promote sales. SOLUTION: This is a sales promotion system which includes at least one information input device, at least one settlement institution, and a distribution institution which distributes information inputted from the information input device to a portable terminal and has a 1st transmitting means which sends 1st information inputted from the information input device and distributed by a 1st distance and a 2nd transmitting means which sends 2nd information inputted from the information input device and distributed by a 2nd distance; and the 1st distance is set larger than the 2nd distance, the portable terminal is able to received the 1st information within the range of the 1st distance and 2nd information within the range of the 2nd distance, and the distribution of at least the 1st information is charged through the settlement institution.
