PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor of inputting. SOLUTION: This building quantity survey device includes the following: A. a quantity calculation file to which quantity names and quantities regarding basic building conditions are inputted; B. a conditional variable master to which names of conditional variable items regarding optional building conditions and variable values that define the building conditions are inputted; C. a quantity survey detail master to which (a: name of quantity survey item, quantity, quantity calculation formula, unit cost, amount and first amount calculation formula) and (b: name of building related calculation item, amount and a second amount calculation formula) are inputted; D. a quantity survey calculation file to which data of the master is inputted; E. a means for calculating each quantity by each quantity calculation formula to update quantity data for each file; and F. a means for updating each amount data for the quantity survey calculation file by each amount calculation formula. The quantity survey item includes an optional quantity survey item having a quantity calculation formula, which includes a calculation command that makes the quantity to be calculated when the building condition is matching and a deletion command that makes the optional quantity survey item to be deleted in the quantity survey calculation file when the building condition is not matching. |
