PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas exclusive combustion gas turbine power generating device capable of filling a gas storage container used at emergency time with gas without removing and transferring a gas cylinder and any trouble. SOLUTION: A generator 6 is driven by a gas turbine 1 using gaseous fuel to increase a pressure of the gaseous fuel by a first gas compressor 2 driven by electric power from external power supply 25 or the generator 6. Gaseous fuel from the gas storage container 7 is supplied to the gas turbine 1 at emergency time when a power failure occurs to start the gas turbine, and gaseous fuel from the first gas compressor 2 is supplied to the gas turbine 1 after confirming the operation of the first gas compressor 2 to generate power. Gaseous fuel from a normal gas source 3 or the other gas source 62 passes through gas filling passages 48, 48A and is filled into the gas storage container 7 after increasing its pressure by a second gas compressor 49.
