<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to pass through a gate speedily. SOLUTION: When entering a theme park, the user of a communication terminal 1 communicates with a managing device 2 to require a traffic ID. The device 2 transmits announcement to the terminal 1 and judges whether or not the traffic ID can be issued from information inputted to the terminal 1 by the user in accordance with it. The terminal 2 issues the traffic ID to the terminal 1 in the case of judging that the user is positioned in the range of a control area A based on information transmitted from the terminal 1 and that information that settlement is finished is received as the result of informing a charging server 4 of a credit card number transmitted from the terminal 1. The user inputs the traffic ID to the input part of a gate controller 3 and passes through the gate.</p> |
