PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard device equipped with a lighting fixture, capable of positioning the fixture at a place desired. SOLUTION: The baseboard body 8 is provided a lighting fixture engaging groove 7 formed in the longitudinal direction together with insulation trolley wires 11, at least two in number, in the direction of the length. A lighting fixture 9 is adapted to by engaged at a desired position of the lighting fixture engaging groove 7 of the baseboard body 8 including a power receiving terminal 23 adapted to be kept in contact with the each trolley wire 11.
