PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a motor with an electromagnetic brake which can be used outdoors. SOLUTION: The peripheral part of an electromagnetic brake part is covered with a brake cover. A brake-release pin, which is arranged slidably in the axial direction in a closed state and presses a brake lining, is installed at a position on the outer periphery of the brake lining of the brake cover which position, so as to face a moving iron piece.
