PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch capable of removing harmonic components of output amplifier that is problematic especially on the transmission side, and removing efficiently unwanted signals out of the reception band while reducing losses at routes on the reception side. SOLUTION: A first diode is connected to a transmission port in series, and a low pass filter of which the pass band is the transmission and reception bands is provided between the first diode and an antenna port, and a second diode is connected between a reception port and the ground, and a phase shifting function, of which pass band is the reception band, is comprised between the first diode and the reception port so that the impedance is almost open when the reception port side is seen from the first diode in the transmission band during current runs at the second diode.
