PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator which can hold high reliability by stabilizing a junction film. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration reed which has a piezoelectric vibration plate 12 having a piezoelectric vibrator reed 11 and a frame-form part 15 which is integrally connected to its base end part and surrounds around the reed 11, and a pair of lid bodies 14 which seal hermetically the reed 11 without preventing the vibration of the reed 11 which is bonded to both sides of the plate 12 via a bonding film 17. The film 17 is a metal film which is used for anode bonding and its exposing parts 20 which are exposed to the air are coated with a protection film 21 and prevents corrosion of the film 17.
