PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a printed pattern has to be removed again and another pattern has to be mounted when a pattern with an equivalent load is mounted in a method and the condition of the signal sent to the signal line is changed in design. SOLUTION: In a DIMM 16 capable of mounting a plurality of DDR-SRAM 161 to 164, when the DDR-SRAM 161 to 164 are reduced adequately and an equivalent load is mounted in a space, the surface mounting structure for mounting the equivalent is constituted by the first pad to the fourth pad and a capacitor is provided adequately between the first to fourth pads. Then, two kinds of surface mount structures can be selected adequately.
