PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound collection diagnostic device capable of executing accurate diagnosis under little influence of the sound or vibration from the outside. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a frame body 1 moving on a sound collection object surface 5, a sound generation source 2 mounted on the frame body 1, and a microphone 3 for collecting the sound. The microphone 3 is mounted on the frame body 1 through a vibration absorbing material 6. The periphery of the microphone 3 is encircled by a noise interception cover 7 opened only on the object surface 5 side. A sound absorbing material 8 is mounted inside the noise interception cover 7. Wheels 4 for moving on the object surface 5 are installed on the frame body 1.
