PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure and to lower vibration and noise of a fan casing without any deterioration of suction efficiency by dividing air vortex flow generated around a bellmouthed suction port formed for smooth air inflow for reducing the vortex flow. SOLUTION: The suction port 3A opened in a front plate part 3 of the fan casing 1 having a discharge port 2A is formed into a bellmouthed shape. Inside the fan casing 1, a sirocco fan rotationally driven by a driving motor is arranged opposedly to the suction port 3A. On the outside face of the front plate part 3 in the fan case 1, a stabilizer 8 made of a metallic flat plate is stood vertically to the opening face A in the suction port 3A radial direction.
