PURPOSE: A multi-function top substrate structure of an alternating current driving plasma display for electric signboard device is provided to avoid transparent electrode oxidation, improve color purity and contrast, and shield static electricity and electromagnetism. CONSTITUTION: A multi-function upper substrate structure of an alternating current driving plasma display for electric signboard comprises a front glass substrate(1), transparent electrodes(2), a dielectric color filter(10), and a black conductive film(11). The transparent electrode(2) is formed on the front glass substrate(1). The dielectric color filter(10) is formed over the transparent electrode(2) by screen printing of dielectric color filter paste including neodymium oxide. The black conductive film(11) is formed over the dielectric color filter(10) by thick film printing of metal paste into cave-in between the transparent electrodes(2) and heating in the air. |
