PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening a cookie packing bag is provided to simplify the opening work of the cookie packing bag, and to allow a user to adjust the opening degree of the cookie packing bag. CONSTITUTION: In a cookie packing bag composed of an inner surface(10) and an outer surface, a cutting tape(30) is attached to a specific portion of a central adhesive part(20) provided on the inner surface of the cookie packing bag. Thereby, a user is able to freely select a desired cutting form among a linear cutting form, an oblique cutting form, and so on. Also, for facilitating the opening work of the cookie packing bag, a hole(40) is drilled on a specific portion of the central adhesive part provided on the outer surface of the cookie packing bag.
