PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately rearrange sent information by properly classifying the rights to participate into ranks and to display the information on the display screen of a user-side computer, a portable telephone or a PHS. SOLUTION: A contribution by a participant is shaped by a shaping part 28 of a distribution device 15 within 'the number of characters', 'the number of bytes', 'the capacity of an attached file', and 'the number of contributions' as fixed quantity values set by genres, rearranged to an information amount by which the contribution can be displayed on the display screen of the computer, portable telephone or PHS at a time, and combined by an administrator- side computer by the mentioned values set by the genres, and the contribution is automatically distributed to participants, creators and readers by the genres every time when one of the mentioned values set by the genres is reached. |
