PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for mediating merchandise whose validity is expiration, which can efficiently perform advertisement and selling by providing many consumers with the information of the merchandise, whose validity is close to expiration via a communication network so as to sell the merchandise, whose validity is close to expiration, without discarding the merchandise. SOLUTION: In this system for mediating the merchandise, whose validity is close to expiration which offers the consumers the merchandise whose validity is close to expiration among merchandise to be sold by a shop via the communication network, an intermediary server provided on the communication network receives the information of the merchandise whose validity is close to expiration from the shop through the communication network and provides the received merchandise information for the customers via the communication network, and the consumers obtain the merchandise information from the intermediary server via the communication network and purchase the merchandise, whose validity is close to expiration at the shop. |
