PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional data signal transfer method that cannot efficiently transfer data because the preparation to switch and set a transfer destination node takes much time and that the transmission time of data themselves is limited in the case of transferring the data through an optical network consisting of nodes and links from a prescribed transmitter side node to receiver side nodes by using light of the same wavelength. SOLUTION: In the case of transferring data from a transmitter side node 2 to a receiver side node 3 or 4, the receiver side nodes 3, 4 initialize the data received respectively by the receiver side nodes 3, 4 so as to enter the data into reception signal control means 3d, 4d, and by setting the connection of an optical exchange means 3g of the receiver side node 3 to a cross state or a parallel state, and the receiver side node of a destination is set.
