摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring method for increasing the probability of monitoring, by demanding the monitor of telephone call contents to a plurality of extensions and relieving the monitor demanders in mind, by indicating the monitoring state on the display unit, while realizing conversation between monitoring members with each other and the following prompt process. SOLUTION: A plurality of extensions for demanding the monitor are recorded in a memory unit 104, and the recorded inner lines are called at once through a monitor requirement operation on a reception terminal 108. When the called inner line responses, the line is connected to the speech synthesis circuit 113. The content of call can be monitored at the same time by all the responded inner lines, and the communication between inner lines can be carried out. Through the operation of extensions, a desired third party can be added to the monitoring process. A display unit 111 is provided near to the monitor requiring member, and the monitoring conditions are displayed. A timer is set at the operation of monitor requirement, so the call to the inner line is stopped automatically, when there is no response to the monitor requirement even after a fixed time is elapsed.
