PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional traffic regulation information device, that a large amount of cost is required for setting and maintenance management thereof, a large amount of cost is required for replacement, new setting and removal of marks or the like which are changed, newly set or abolished because of the amendment of rules and regulations, and further the presence itself of a number of marks reduces the visibility of the marks to confuse users, and problems for signboards, advertisements and the like, that the disorder jumbling up of signboards in busy streets or the like is an eyesore and also deteriorates the advertisement effect that is the information transmission to consumers. SOLUTION: In this method and system, a server having a geometric spatial position and a coordinate conformed thereto and a terminal for gaining and displaying the information from the server are applied, whereby the information concerning the geometric spatial position is replaced as a data for computer.
