PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device and an information display method which display various kinds of information plainly through visual sense and, moreover, inexpensively spectators in a sport stadium. SOLUTION: This information display device is constituted in such a manner that a projection means 30 is disposed on a ceiling part 6 of the sport stadium 2 and an information picture in which the athletic field 4 from the projection means 30 is made to be a screen, can be displayed.
