PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road information display device capable of actively utilizing the information on a present position and a destination any time whenever a user desires unless a memory is released. SOLUTION: This road information display device comprises position measuring means 11 and 12 measuring the present position of a moving body, an input means 47 setting the destination, a memory means 46 storing the individual position of the destination as an individual channel, an arithmetic means 41 determining the direction of the destination based on the signals from the position measuring means 11 and 12 and the input means 47 to output the direction signal and calculating the distance between the present position and the destination to output the distance signal, a display means 45 having a direction display area displaying the direction according to the direction signal, an analog distance display area displaying the distance in a bar form when the distance is in the range of a set distance, and a digital distance display area displaying the shift distance, and a switch means resetting the value of the digital distance display area and storing the position at this time as the destination in the prescribed channel of the memory means. |
