PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat and keep warm a pressure-receiving part efficiently with a heat transfer loss reduced. SOLUTION: The inside of a cylindrical body 20 inserted to a pressure tap 18 of a sealed tank 1 is made a steam chamber 32. A steam injection opening 33 and a steam discharge opening 34 are formed to a lid body 21 which shuts a rear opening part of the cylindrical body 20 and to a setting plate 30. A steam 9 is supplied from the injection opening 33 to the steam chamber 32, thereby directly heating and keeping warm the pressure-receiving part 13 from inside.
