PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling storage compartment which can improve the evaporation efficiency of an evaporating dish. SOLUTION: This cooling storage compartment is constituted in such a way that a storage chamber 5 is constituted in a heat insulation box 2 and the inside of the chamber 5 is cooled by means of a cooler 34. In addition, an equipment compartment 31 is constituted under the box 2 and a compressor 37 and a condenser 35 both of which constitute a refrigerant circuit together with the cooler 34 and an evaporating dish 40, a blower 36 for condenser, the evaporating dish 40 which receives drain water from the cooler 34, and so on., are set up in the compartment 31. In this cold storage compartment, the warm air which is produced when the condenser 35 and compressor 37 are cooled with air is blown toward the evaporating dish 40 by operating the blower 26 and, in addition, a wind vane 45 which guides the warm air toward the dish 40 is attached to the top panel of the equipment compartment 31.
